This journal lists every sovereignty change we have seen in Uedama: who took the system, from whom, and when - plus any sovereignty battle the game has announced for it.
The journal starts the day we started watching. The game API publishes only the current owner of a system and never the past one, so history that was not recorded as it happened cannot be filled in afterwards - not by us and not by anybody else reading the same API.
