Supporter plans

Everything here runs on one person's ISK, and that is also how you pay for it: one transfer in game, no card and no subscription. EVE Omnitool never sees a payment - it reads the wallet journal and switches your plan by itself.

How to switch a paid plan on

Three steps, and only the first one is easy to miss.

  1. Link the character you are sending from. Donations are matched by who sent them, so the sending character has to be linked to your account (Account → Characters). Any character of the account counts - it does not have to be the active one.
  2. Send ISK in game to Alex Kamaal. Open the character in game, choose Give money and send the amount for the plan you want. The reason field is yours to use - we do not read it.
  3. Wait up to 15 minutes. The wallet journal is read every 15 minutes and the plan follows on its own - there is nothing to click and nothing to send us.

Sent ISK before linking the character? Nothing is lost. The donation waits and attaches itself to your account the moment that character is linked.

The free plan covers the whole toolset - every screen, every market and the whole universe browser. Paid plans raise the limits above and remove ads.

How long a donation counts

Donations add up over 30 days, so two smaller transfers reach a threshold just as well as one large transfer. After that window the sum drops back and so does the plan - a donation is a one-off, and the plan is meant to last about as long as a month of subscription would.

Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. Anything over the free limit is locked, not removed: it stays visible, you choose which items stay active, and a new donation brings all of it back. The history limit works the same way - it caps what you can look at, never what we keep.

If your plan did not change

Four things to check, in the order they usually go wrong:

  • The sending character is not linked. This is the common one. Link it and the waiting donation attaches itself on the next run.
  • The sum is below the threshold for the plan you expected - the table above is the whole truth about the amounts.
  • Less than 15 minutes have passed. The journal is read on a schedule, not when the ISK arrives.
  • Your plan was set by hand. A plan granted by the site owner is never overwritten by donations - and it also never expires.

Your own state - how much this account has sent and until when the plan runs - is on the account page.
