Sovereignty
Hypercube Alliance holds no sovereignty. That is an answer rather than a gap: the sovereignty map arrives from the game servers in a single call for all of New Eden, so an alliance missing from it holds nothing.
Who has joined
Where these numbers come from
Corporation and pilot counts are ours, not CCP's: the game servers publish which corporations belong to an alliance, and we add up what each of them reports. An alliance we have not read yet shows no counts at all rather than zeros - those are different answers.
Membership history comes straight from the game servers and reaches back to the day each corporation was founded. It is the one history EVE hands out for free; sovereignty history, by contrast, has to be recorded as it happens.
