EVE Online ore reprocessing planner
Tell it how much Tritanium, Pyerite and the rest you need, and it works out which compressed ore to buy - every grade of every ore, priced at the trade hub you pick.
How the refine rate is calculated
Yield = (50% + rig) × (1 + system bonus) × (1 + structure bonus) × (1 + 3% × Reprocessing) × (1 + 2% × Reprocessing Efficiency) × (1 + 2% × the ore's processing skill) × (1 + implant). A Reprocessing Monitor I adds one point to the 50% base and a Monitor II three; the low-sec (+6%) and null-sec or wormhole (+12%) bonus only applies to a structure with a rig. Athanor adds 2%, Tatara 5.5%, and the Beancounter RX-801/802/804 implants 1, 2 and 4%. Maxed skills with no rig give 68.31%.
How the plan is built
- Every grade counts. II-, III- and IV-Grade ores refine into more minerals and have their own price, so the planner chooses between them rather than assuming the base ore.
- Batches, not units. Compressed ore refines in batches of 100 units and each mineral is rounded down per ore, as in the game - the plan always covers your needs after that rounding, and drops any batch you would not need.
- Cost, hauling or both. Prioritise ISK, prioritise cubic metres to haul, or blend the two - each measured against its own best plan so neither swamps the other.
- Prices from one hub. The default is the average of the cheapest 5% of sell orders, so one tiny order below the market does not price the whole purchase. Ores nobody sells there are left out and listed.
Need to know what the minerals are for? The industry cost calculator turns a build into a bill of materials, and the mining calculator shows what mining the ore yourself pays.
