Margin finder
Pick two stations and see which items are worth buying in one and selling in the other, ranked by margin.
How the comparison works
For each item the tool takes its price at the source station and at the destination, and ranks the difference. You choose which side of the book to compare - sell orders against sell orders tells you what a reseller earns, buy orders tells you what you get dumping cargo on arrival.
Filters narrow the list by category, group or a single item, so you can ask a specific question - "what is worth hauling in ammunition" - instead of scrolling a list of everything traded in New Eden.
What the numbers do not include
The margin is a price difference, not profit. It does not subtract broker fee, sales tax, the cost of the freighter run or the risk of losing it on a gate. As a rule of thumb, fees eat about 5% - a margin under that is not worth the undock, and the colouring in the table reflects it.
Nor does it know your volume: a 40% margin on an item nobody buys more than twice a week is worth less than 8% on something that moves constantly. The quantity column is there to answer that.
