Niarja - kills and danger
Niarja is a chokepoint on the Amarr–Jita route. Live kills, how many of them happened at a gate, and when the system is busiest - all of it in the panel above.
Why kills at gates are the number that matters
Kills spread around a system usually mean a fight you can avoid: a structure being shot, a fleet brawling at a moon, somebody dying to rats. Kills concentrated at gates mean something else entirely - somebody is sitting on the route you are about to take, and you have to fly through that gate to get anywhere.
That is why the panel above counts them separately instead of showing one total. A system with twenty kills and none at a gate is often safer to pass through than one with three kills, all of them on the gate you need.
The hourly breakdown answers the other half of the question. A system that is dangerous every evening at the same hour is a routine camp; one bad hour in a week is a fight that already ended.
